The Local Governing Committee (LGC) recognise the importance of having diversity of skills, knowledge, experiences and perspectives to help ensure it is best placed to meet the needs of pupils, parents and staff. The LGC has recently completed a Diversity Evaluation and actions have been agreed, which will be monitored over the next 12 months.
