Hosting Our First Ever Inaugural Science Fair

Last night, students and their families joined us for our first-ever Inaugural Science Fair for students in Years 7 to 9. Over the last term, they have been working hard on their science projects and two winning groups were chosen from each class and given the opportunity to present their projects in the finals on Tuesday, 9th July 2024.
As part of the finals, students set up their displays, and teachers, parents, and carers were handed judging slips and invited to look at the projects and vote in three categories. After an hour of voting and deliberation, the winners were announced and prizes were handed out.
It was a fantastic evening, and it was incredible to see the creativity, passion, and scientific exploration of all our students. Huge congratulations key stage 3—we're incredibly proud of you and all your hard work.
